Age group swimming

Age group swimming:

This is the foundation of competitive swimming in the United States for those 5-18 years of age.

Our program provides the proper environment for age group swimmers to develop at their own pace.  Swimmers are taught proper stroke techniques, starts, and turns.  Swimmers learn responsibility for themselves and others in a structured environment.  Through regular attendance each swimmer will obtain the rewards of being a member of PCA. We also offer stroke clinics and individual stroke lessons.

Beginners:  Learn all the competitive strokes, superior stroke technique, and safety skills, all while having fun.  Must be able to swim one length of the pool to enroll.

6 - 7 PM Monday-Thursday.

Advanced age group:  Learn advanced technique of all competitive swimming strokes, dive starts, turns, and compete in USA Swimming meets.

5:45 - 7:00 PM Monday-Thursday.

Swim meets:  Swim meets through USA Swimming are offered monthly for our age group swimmers.  Entry forms are available from the coach. Swim meets are usually one day events on the weekends.
